Exploration in the Near Future

The world is becoming more technologically advanced, and more and more nations are developing - or have developed - space programs; it is no longer limited to the United States vs. the USSR, but rather there exists much more international cooperation and joint ventures, and some previously developing nations are launching programs to increase national pride.

In this section you will find information on planned missions of three main bodies: The United Sates, Japan, and the European Space Agency. Over a dozen missions have been planned, all to be launched within the next 10 years.
